Summer Intern 2026

Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week downtown Chicago

Start Date: June 1, 2026

Compensation: $18.50/hour | ~30 hours/week

About UtmostU

UtmostU is a Chicago-based nonprofit committed to advancing economic mobility for young adults from underrepresented backgrounds. We help our fellows achieve their college degrees and career aspirations through coaching, partnerships, and holistic support.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a dynamic Summer Intern to drive key projects that deepen our impact and fuel UtmostU’s growth. You’ll gain real-world experience in operations, strategy, and communications while working alongside a fun, high-performance team. You’ll make a meaningful difference.

Potential projects include:

  • Creation of Fellow Engagement Strategy
  • Support UtmostU’s Growth Strategy – Researching Potential Partners & Funders
  • Exploration of AI tools to support UtmostU’s work
  • Researching resources and partnerships to support fellows in their post-secondary journey
